Mutiara Bakery is a UMKM that produces and markets bread. Currently, only 2 (two) stores are operating. CPM an appropriate strategic management tool in identifying the strengths weaknesses of main competitors relation to position products or services offered. This research aims strategy formulating based on critical success factors bakery MSMEs. The basic method used this descriptive-analytical method. technical implementation carried out using survey technique, namely collecting data from number units individuals at same time (or period). results showed SMEs needed. proposed marketing can be divided into groups, short-term long-term. short term done now, while long after waiting for capital input. Strategies by MSME now seen as follows: 1. Creating new, more attractive packaging designs 2. Sales made online Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
